Amendment of section 38A of Born. LXXIX of 1948. In the principal Act, in section 38A, -

1. (i) for the words "four hundred rupees" the words "one thousand rupees" shall be substituted;
2. (ii) the portion beginning with the words "and in which at least five employees" and ending with the words "of that Act" shall be deleted.
