Amendment of section 45 of Born. LXXIX of 1948

In sub-section

1. (1) of section 45 of the principal Act, after the words "subordinate to it" the words "in the area within the jurisdiction of the local authority" shall be inserted, and for the words, brackets and figures "Sub-section
2. (2) of section 11" the words, brackets and figures "Section 6, sub-section
3. (2) of section 11" shall be substituted.
