Chapter XII TRANSITORY PROVISIONS
Statutory text
Notwithstanding anything contained in section 16, the first Registrar shall be appointed by the State Government as soon as practicable after the commencement of this Act for a period not exceeding three years and on such terms and conditions as the State Government thinks fit.
