Chapter III OFFICERS OF UNIVERSITY
Statutory text
- (1) The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole time salaried officer of the University. He shall be appointed by the University with the prior approval of the State Government.
- (2) The qualifications, terms and conditions of service and the tenure of the Controller of Examination shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
