Inquiries to be conducted by Collector.

1. (1) Where this Act requires that an inquiry shall be made by the Collector, such inquiry shall be held in accordance with the provisions of the Code for the formal inquiry.
2. (2) The Collector shall record his decision in the inquiry in the form of an order giving his reasons therefor.
