Rights and privileges of registered members

No person, other than the Physiotherapist who possesses recognized Physiotherapy qualifications and is enrolled on the Register of the Council, -

1. (a) shall hold office as Physiotherapist or any such office (by whatever designation called) in the Government or in any institution maintained by a local or other authority;
2. (b) shall practice Physiotherapy anywhere in State of Gujarat and recover in respect of such practice any expenses or fees to which he may be entitled;
3. (c) shall be entitled to sign or authenticate any certificate required by any law to be signed or authenticated by a Physiotherapist;
4. (d) shall be entitled to give any evidence at any Court as an expert under the Evidence Act, 1872 (1 of 1872) on any matter relating to the Physiotherapy.
