This Act sets up the Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy to regulate the physiotherapy profession. It sets out how the Council is constituted and elected, the terms of its President and Vice-President, and its Registrar and committees, including an Equivalence and Registration Committee. The Council registers qualified physiotherapists and decides which qualifications are recognised.
