Payment to Council
State Council for Physiotherapy Act, Gujarat Year 2011General201152 sections
Statutory text
The State Government, after due appropriation made by the Legislative Assembly by law in this behalf, pay to the Council in each financial year such sums as it may consider necessary for the performance of functions of the Council under this Act.
