Amendment of section 5 of Guj. VI of 1960. In section 5 of the Gujarat Salaries and Allowances of Members of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly Act, 1960 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act"),—

  1. (1) in sub-section (1), for the word "six hundred" the words "one thousand" shall be substituted;
  2. (2) in sub-section (2), for the words "four hundred" the words "six hundred" shall be substituted.
