Statutory text
  1. (1) The University shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, be open to all persons.
  2. (2) Subject to the provisions under sub-section (1), the University shall reserve seats for the person belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Socially and Educationally Backward Classes specified by the Government or candidates from other States in India:
