Statutory text
- (1) The Board shall propose the Statutes to be made under section 42 to the Chancellor for his assent and they shall be valid only after the assent of the Chancellor is received and notified by the Vice-Chancellor.
- (2) Any Statute may be amended or repealed by the Board with the approval of the Chancellor.
- (3) All Statutes made under this Act shall be published in the Official Gazette.
