This Act sets up the Gujarat Organic Agricultural University to teach, research and extend organic farming. It sets out the University's jurisdiction, objects and admissions, and opens it to all. It establishes its authorities, including the Board of Management, Academic Council, Research Council and Extension Education Council.

- 39. Such statement shall be submitted to the Government by the Board normally within six months after close of the financial year to which these pertain.
