Saving of pending proceedings

Every prosecution under section 14 or 17 pending before any court in any area on the date on which a Primary Schools Panchayat is constituted for such area under section 24 and all proceedings arising from or incidental to any such prosecution shall be tried, heard and determined by such court or any other court having jurisdiction to try, hear and determine the same, as if no such Primary Schools Panchayat had been constituted for such area.
