Power to withdraw, modify or suspend scheme of compulsion

A sanctioned scheme may, with the sanction of the State Government, be withdrawn or from time to time modified or temporarily suspended by a local authority or may, by an order published, with the reasons for making it, in the Official Gazette, be modified, cancelled or temporarily suspended by the State Government.
