Enforcement of agreements

1. (1) An agreement entered into under section 10 shall be binding on the person by whom the same was executed and on every person claiming through him or her or under the title under which he or she held the monument or site at the time of the execution of the agreement.
2. (2) Every person who is entitled to the possession of the monument or site may, if he or she is unable to perform the agreement, be granted a proportionate reduction in the rent or other payment which he or she may be entitled to receive under the agreement.
