Short title, extent and commencement.—
- (1) This Act may be called the Goa Regularisation of Unauthorized Construction Act, 2016.
- (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Goa.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 24th day of June, 2016.
