Public servants to include certain officers

Public servants to include certain officers.— For the purposes of this Act, the expression "public servant" shall include—

1. (a) the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Joint Secretary or Deputy Secretary of any local authority in the State of Goa;
2. (b) the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Managing Director, General Manager or any other officer of the State level Board, Corporation, Society or any other body owned or controlled by the Government of Goa.
