Amendment of rule 11

Amendment of rule 11.— In the High Court of Bombay at Goa Officers and the members of the Staff on the Establishment (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the “principal Rules”), in rule 11, the following provisos shall be inserted, namely:— “ Provided further that the maximum age limit for direct recruitment as specified in the Schedule shall be relaxable for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes in accordance with the orders issued by the Government of Goa from time to time in that regard.
