Short title and commencement

Short title and commencement.—

1. (1) These rules may be called the High Court of Bombay at Goa Officers and the Members of the Staff on the Establishment (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
2. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
