Statutory text
- (1) The Tree Authority shall meet at least once in three months at such place and time as the Chairman may decide.
- (2) The qnorum to constitute a meeting of the Tree Authority shall be three members referred to in sub-section (2) of section 3.
- (3) No co-opted member shall have the right vote at a meeting.
- (4) In the case of an equality oof votes on abny matter, the Chairman shall have a second or casting vote.
