Police or the Forest Officer not below the rank of Deputy Conservator of Forests or the Tree Officer.

Power to prevent commission of offence.- Every Tree Officer or his subordinates or any Forest, Revenue or Police Officer shall prevent and may interface for the purpose of preventing the comission of any offence under this Act.
