Competent Authority’s , Director’s and Special Officer’s| powers in case of default

Competent Authority or the Director or the Special Officer, as the case may be,] may himself take such measures or adopt such treatment and recover the cost of doing so from such person as the Competent Authority or the Director or the Special Officer, as the case may be may decide including the employer or relative of the person, in the form of salary or wages, property tax or any other tax.
