Transfer of pending appeals and revisions.

All appeals and

revisions received or registered under this Act and pending before Administrative Tribunal immediately before the commencement of the Goa Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control (Amendment) Act, 2013, shall, on such commencement, stand transferred to the Appellate Board and such Appellate

Board may proceed to deal with such appeals and revisions from the stage which

was reached before such transfer or from any earlier stage or de novo, as such Appellate Board may deem fit.]
