ACT

To provide for the control of rents and evictions and of rates of hotels and

lodging houses, and for the requisition of vacant buildings, in the

3[State of Goa].

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa, Daman and Diu in the Nineteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows :—
