Procedure.

1. (1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the procedure to be followed by the Controller, the Rent Tribunal, the Appellate Board, or the Administrative

Tribunal in all inquiries, appeals and proceedings under this Act shall be such as may be

prescribed.

1. (2) Every decision made or order passed under this Act shall be recorded in the form of an order which shall state the reasons therefor.
