Executive Council

13.

1. (1) The Executive Council shall consist of the following persons, namely: -
   • (a) one sitting Judge of the High Court of Delhi, nominated by the Chancellor;
   • (b) the Vice-Chancellor of the University;
   • (c) the Chairman of the Bar Council of India, or his nominee from amongst its members;
   • (d) the Chairman, Bar Council of Delhi, or his nominee from amongst its members;
   • (e) the Principal Secretary, Finance, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi;
   • (f) the Secretary, Higher Education
