Disqualification for registration

Disqualification for registration.- An establishment shall be disqualified for registration under this Act, -

1. (a) if its owner is convicted of an offence punishable with imprisonment exceeding one month;
2. (b) if its owner is an undischarged insolvent; and
3. (c) if name of the establishment stands removed from the directory under section 10 of this Act.
