Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or any person or officer authorised by it or any authority appointed or specified by or under this Act, for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith, in pursuance of this Act or any rule made thereunder.
