Amendment of Section 20 of Act 11 of 1948

Amendment of Section 20 of Act 11 of 1948.- In Section 20 of the Principal Act, in its application to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after sub-section (3), the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely :- (3A)-During the pendency of the proceeding or inquiry in the application preferred by the workman under sub-section(2), the workman shall not be retrenched, dismissed, terminated or laid-off without the prior approval of the Authority before whom the application is pending.
