Short title, extent and commencement

Short title, extent and commencement.-

1. (1) This Act may be called the Minimum Wages (Delhi) Amendment Act, 2017.
2. (2) It extends to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
3. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its notification.
