The Controller of Examination

1. (1) The Controller of Examination shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board of Management in such manner and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
2. (2) The Controller of Examination shall be responsible for the conduct of examinations and for all matters allied thereto and shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes or required by the Vice-Chancellor.
