The Government may by notification in official Gazette, direct that powers exercisable by it under the Act may also be exercised by such officer as may be mentioned therein subject to such conditions if any, as may be specified therein. 20. Any Financial Establishment, which makes any default in complying with any order passed under this Act, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years and with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees.
