Special Public Prosecutor.

The Government shall, by notification, appoint an advocate of not less than ten years standing at the Bar, as a Special Public Prosecutor or Special Government pleader for the purpose of conducting the case in the Designated Court. 16. Any proceeding under this Act shall have precedence over any other proceeding pending before any Civil Court or any other Court in respect of any matter which is the subject matter of the proceeding under this Act.
