Protection of action taken in good faith

No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government, Regulatory Authority and Appellate Authority or any member or officer or employee thereof in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance or this Act, the rules and regulations made thereunder.
