Composition of the Regulatory Authority

The Government shall constitute the Regulatory Authority having following members, namely: (a) Chief Secretary of the Government, ex-officio Chairperson; (b) [Vacancy] (c) Secretary, Department of Finance of the Government, member; (d) Secretary, Department of Urban Development of the Government, member; (e) [Vacancy] (f) Secretary, Department of Information Technology of the Government, member-secretary.
