Power to appoint supporting administrative officers, consultants, experts, advisors, etc.

The Regulatory Authority may, as and when required, appoint such officers, consultants, experts and advisors of the respective fields, including administration, information technology, legal, finance and the like, to assist it to fulfil the obligations of this Act conferred upon the Regulatory Authority.
