Special Area Development Authority
The Madhya Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1973(1) Every Special Area shall have a Special Area Development Authority consisting of— (a) a Chairman; (b) one or more Vice-Chairmen; (c) such number of members as the State Government may determine from time to time out of which at least two women shall be appointed by the State Government. (2) The names of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and other members shall be notified in the Gazette. (3) The term of office of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and other members shall be such as may be prescribed. (4) The salary and allowances payable to the Chairman and Vice-Chairman and other terms and conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed. (5) The members shall not be entitled to any salary but shall receive such allowances as may be prescribed.
