soon

as

the

Legislative

the

Contingency

estimates were

Assembly

or

after

they were

so

be

resumed

to

the

Fund

to

extent

of

the

Appropriation

made

in

the

Contingency Fund

expenditure

shall

resumed

to

the

Contingency

Fund as
