Conferral of Registrar's Power

Statutory text
- (1) The State Government may, by notification, confer on the State Development Bank or the Trustee, all or any of the powers of the Registrar under the Madhya Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (No. 17 of 1961), as may be specified in the notification.
- (2) The State Development Bank or the Trustee, exercising the powers conferred under sub-section (1), shall be subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be prescribed by the State Government.
- (3) The exercise of any power conferred under sub-section (1) by the State Development Bank or the Trustee shall be notified in the Gazette and shall also be informed to the Registrar.
