Definition

IN this Act, unless the context otherwise requires.- (a) "Council" means the Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration council established under section 3; (b) "Nurse" includes a male nurse; (c) "recognised qualification" means any of the qualifications included in the Schedule to the Indian Nursing council Act, 1947 (No. 48 of 1947); (d) "State register" means a register maintained under section 14 and expressions "registered" and"registration" shall be construed accordingly.
