Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh charika, Prasavika, Up-Sahai Upcharika-Prasavika Swasthya Paridarshak Registration Tatha and commen- Adhiniyam, 1972. (2) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
