Lapse of Permission.-Every permission granted under Section-31, Section-32 and Section-33 shall remain enforced for a period of two

1. (2) years from the date of such grant and there after it shall lapse. Provided that the Planning Authority may, on an application made to it, from time to time, extend such period by not more than six months at a time, but the extended period shall in no case exceed three
