Consideration of estimates by the Senate.-(1) The Senate shall consider every estimate laid before it under sub-section

1. (3) of section 49 and shall sanction the same, either without alteration or with such alterations as it may think fit.
2. (2) One copy of the estimate passed by the Senate shall be forwarded to the State Government.
