Short Title, Extent and Commencement

Short Title, Extent and Commencement :- 1.

1. (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Special Armed Police Act, 2021.
2. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Bihar.
3. (3) It shall come into force from the date of Publiction in official gazette.
