Transitional Provisions

Any person holding a post in the Secretariat immediately before the commencement of this Act shall continue to hold the same until otherwise decided by the Government. Wherc any doubt arises as to the interpretation of any of the provisions of this Act or the Rules made under it, or the Regulations made thereurdei, the same shall be decided by the cadre cdnholling authuity whose decision thereon slnll be final.
