Language of the Act

The official language of this Act shall be Hindi; however, for all official purposes, the English version shall also be authentic. Wher€ the Govemment is of the opinion that it is rrecerraryor expedient so to do; it rnay, by order, for reasons to be recorded in $niting rela,x any of the provisions of this Act with respect to any class or category of peisons or posts.
