Act not to affect other laws

The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any other law for the time being in force. Withregard to mattens not specifically oovered by thoAct or the Rules made under the Act or by Regulations or Orders made or issued{hereuidcr or by special orders the membcrs of the Service shall be governed by the Rules, Regulations and Orders applicable to the officers/employ€es of the State Govemrrrent at appropriatc lwel.
