Insertion of section 2(d)

Insertion of section 2(d).—In section 2 of the principal Act, after sub-section (c), the following sub-section (d) shall be inserted, which is as follows:-

1. (d) "Self-certification" means a certificate submitted by a medical practitioner registered with the National Medical Commission or any State Medical Council other than the State of Bihar, in the format as prescribed by the State Government.
