Substitution of Section 2(c)

Substitution of Section 2(c).—In the Bihar and Orissa Medical Act, 1916 (hereafter in this Act referred to as the principal Act), in section 2, for sub-section (c), the following shall be substituted:-

1. (c) the expression "registered practitioner" means any person registered under the provisions of this Act, and includes any medical practitioner whose name is validly entered in the National Medical Register or in the State Medical Register of any other State in India, and who has submitted a self-certification for practice in the State.
