Land Development Banks

Definitions.- In this Chapter, unless context otherwise requires –

1. (a) ‘Board’ means the Managing Committee of the State Cooperative Land Development Bank :
2. (b) ‘Land Development Bank’ Includes the State Cooperative Land Development Bank and the primary Cooperative Land Development Band;
3. (c) “Prescribed’ means prescribed by rules made under this chapter,
4. (d) “Primary Cooperative Land Development Bank’ means registered society of that name, registered under section 11, and includes the Bihar State Cooperative and Mortgage Bank Ltd registered as such under section 11; and
5. (f) ‘Trustee’ means the Trustee referred to in section 44.C.
